VICTORY FORD staff at Tweed Heads and Murwillumbah have won a swag of national awards from the Ford Motor Company acknowledging the team members’ outstanding sales and service work.
Victory Ford Dealer Principal, Victor Lapardin, said it was well deserved recognition from the company and he heaped praise on the three team members.
“They give out awards around Australia and Brad, Adam and Joe were outstanding performers and they acknowledged these guys looking after the Ford brand and Victory Ford with customer service and the way they conduct themselves for the Ford brand,” Mr Lapardin said.
Adam McKinley is the Service Manager of Murwillumbah Victory Ford, Joe Blythe is in Sales at Tweed Heads Victory Ford and Brad Peiffer is a Service Advisor at Tweed Heads.
Mr Blythe won a Masters Award and a Gold Masters Award for Sales, one of the top gongs for sales with the Ford company.
“That’s the grand prize, there are probably only about five people in our region that get this,” Mr Blythe said.
“I have been here for 12 years with Victory Ford.”
To get a Master Sales award with Ford is probably the top five in Australia for new cars sales and customer service which we pride ourselves on.
“That’s why after twelve years we get a lot of repeat customers that continue to buy from Victory Ford and enable us to achieve greatness by getting this recognition back from Ford Australia.”
Mr McKinlay won the Gold Master Award for the third year in a row for customer service and said he has been with Victory Ford for the past ten years.
“I’ve been the Service Manager of Murwillumbah Victory Ford for the whole time,” he said.
“I really enjoy it.”
Mr Peiffer said he had been with Victory Ford Tweed Heads for the past two years.
“Service Advising is pretty hard but I love it,” he said.
