AN INAUGURAL Twilight Golf event will be held at the picturesque Pottsville Golf Club on Friday, February 24 in support of the Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter.
The event will be a social nine hole Ambrose game for teams of four with two tee offs at 2pm and 4.30pm.
Players will be delighted with the challenges the course has to offer as well as the great prizes, entertainment and raffle draw.
The event will also include a gold coin BBQ hosted by the Cabarita Beach SLSC.
Fundraising Manager with the rescue helicopter service, Zeke Huish said, “We hope the community will come and enjoy a relaxed and social Friday afternoon with us, even
if you’re a non golfer.”
“As a local charity that provides a life saving service to the region it is fundraising events like these that help to keep the rescue helicopter on standby 24 hours a day.”
The cost to play is $100 for a team of four with sponsorship opportunities still available.
