Pottsville Beach Sports Club offers new cuisine

POTTSVILLE BEACH Sports club has a new menu, a new chef and fantastic food on offer for the whole family after Wok Chop N Grill opened at the start of July.

The well-known catering company has 40-years-experience and with Chef Matthew Liu at the helm they are bringing classic Asian cuisine back to the club as well as keeping their time-honoured Aussie favourites.

Club General Manager Michael Judd said they were very excited about the new cuisine on offer.

“It’s been a hit already. We’ve been able to please everyone with a great variety of food. There’s something for kids and adults as well as more adventurous diner. Asian food is always popular, especially with fresh local ingredients,” he said.

“The catering company has more than 12 restaurants which gives them great buying power to get quality ingredients.

“They will also cater for functions and all sorts of events and have years of experience in that area.”

Wok Chop N Grill is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. There are delicious daily two-for-one specials which are proving popular with diners.

The Asian cuisine boasts treats like garlic, curried coconut and Thai chilli prawns, Mongolian beef, noodle dishes, Angus beef burgers, tempura battered cod, panko crumbed squid, salmon dishes, the classic parmy as well as a great range of pizzas.

“Come and check out the two-for-one specials or try one of the other tasty treats on the menu,” Mr Judd said.
