FIRST NATIONAL Real Estate Murwillumbah was recognised for outstanding achievement at the General Excellence and Marketing Awards, held at Brisbane’s Hotel Sofitel on Saturday, March 11.
First National Real Estate is Australia’s largest independent Real Estate network and its awards evening celebrated the best of Queensland’s real estate performances over the past year.
According to the Principle of First National Murwillumbah, Peter Reading, this has contributed to First National Real Estate winning Canstar Blue’s ‘Most Satisfied Customers’ award nationally for 2016/17.
“First National Murwillumbah is focused on the things customers most value in real estate such as quality in communication and advice, marketing, value for money, problem resolution and contract handling,” he said.
“When agents bring these things together effectively, our customers get the results they seek, as do our agents and property managers.”
At the presentation, First National Murwillumbah received the following Awards:
• Sales Office of the year – Top Ten
• Highest increase of Property Management
Key staff members from the First National Murwillumbah sales team were also recognised for their individual performances including:
• Paul Stobbie received the Gold award
• Sally Mather received the Silver award
• Anne Besgrove received the Silver award
• Kristie Hoffman received the Silver award
Peter Reading said the First National GEM Awards are an important event as they encourage the agents to aspire to an ongoing process of performance improvement that benefits customers.
“It is an amazing result for our office to be recognised as one of the Top 10 Sales Offices of the year,” he said.
“We are competing against many large offices in cities all over QLD and for us to receive this demonstrates the passion and commitment the team at First National Murwillumbah have.
“Last Thursday we were also bestowed with Rate My Agents “Top Agency in Murwillumbah” title, with our agent Sally Mather awarded the “Top Agent” in town.
“Not only is it great to be recognised by the First National group for the fantastic work that our staff put in, but to receive two awards from independent companies really shows that all the staff and agents working at First National Murwillumbah are dedicated and passionate at what they do.”
