Katherine Butterworth

South Murwillumbah Post Office was an institution in Prospero Street when Katherine Butterworth and her husband bought it in 2008.

Katherine used her retailing, marketing, and business skills to expand the Post Office’s product lines into an extensive range of children’s books, quality greeting cards, and stationery. She certainly showed the world how skills and passion combined together can help anyone achieve great milestones in life.

Anyone, who is focused and willing to grow their business needs to learn from this lady. However small a business may be, only good intentions, perseverance, and consistency can take it forward. Moreover, these days when there tends to be guidance available from great personalities as well as assistance available in the form of business loan Philippines, and elsewhere, expanding and growing a business seems a lot easier.

That being the case, Katherine embraced Australia Post’s push into technical products, banking facilities with all the major banks, money transfers, travel money and insurance plus photographs for passports and saw the business thrive. She is proud to say South Murwillumbah Post Office has won the Top Award for sales, business operations, and customer service out of 80 Northern Region Licensed post offices for several months in 2016 and for January 2017 and hopes this trend continues.

Not many business leaders can achieve this level of success. Of course, those of you who have the right CEO expertise and help can survive. Resources such as LXCouncil.com (that can help in guiding you to success through CEO advisory groups) to check in order to find success as a business owner. Such resources can be of help and act as a guiding principle to inform you about the steps that you may need to take, whenever you find yourself stuck in a dilemma or decision. It would also inform on how to better your business and if you need to reach out to a marketing consultant, change your strategy, or any other factor.

Katherine believes the key to this Post Offices’ outstanding success is “true” customer service and having fun with “all my wonderful customers who come from far and wide to support us”. Certainly, any business’s success relies deeply on how the customers feel about its products or services. And this is why some companies not only focus on the product line, but tend to also give emphasis on packaging with custom design shipping box, personalized notes, offers, and other perks, to keep the customers returning for more.

I am not just another real estate agent – I am part of our community , I am a Mum, married with a growing family, live on the land, and my family are fifth generation locals.

I am genuinely interested in our community and the people that make up our Valley. I enjoy being part of the community and helping the many good causes, presently raising funds for Juvenile Diabetes and my Epic new challenge, an Ultra Marathon with a few local mates and my brother running 250 kms (4 marathons in 4 days and a double marathon to finish) in the Simpson Desert from Birdsville in June this year -The Big Red Run.

I pride myself in the belief as my role as an Agent is to provide “Good Old Customer Service”

My clients are people and families not just “Buyers and Sellers.” As a result of my ability to work with people, I have forged long term relationships with both my new and old property owners. This is an ongoing reflection in my repeat and referred business.

Anne’s Mission Statement is “Matching People to Properties” and to pass on properties for new families to enjoy.

Testimonial:

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sally Mather to sell your property. Her service went over and above what we have received in the past from previous real estate agents. She sold our house within 2 weeks of showing and at almost the asking price, and to a cash buyer!!! We couldn’t have asked for more. Sally contacted us after every open house to give us feedback and also sent reports every week. She is very easy to talk to and helped us with advice on how to present our property to get the best price. I highly recommend Sally if you’re looking for a highly motivated, professional and successful agent to sell your property. B.Gregg
